Our Facilities
Located in St. Thomas, Ontario, our state-of-the-art processing
facility is centrally located to take advantage
of proximity to our suppliers as well as
to our main markets. In 1999 Cole-Munro
moved operations to our current location
in St. Thomas, Ontario and in 2003 we added
processing capacity to our plant. This
new addition incorporates a larger
processing area, a larger cooler capacity
as well as space specifically designed for value added products.
Production capacity allows us to service
any large (national chain) retailer on feature.
Using custom processing equipment our experienced staff is able to
provide our customers with exact size tolerances for portion control.
We also offer hand cut product to customer specifications, such as
butterfly fillets.
With our fleet of refrigerated vehicles we are able to deliver finished
products quickly to their final destination domestically, or internationally
ensuring quality is maintained at all times.
Finished product is packed in ice in 10 lb. polystyrene boxes. Product
requiring air travel is packed with gel packs instead of ice.
