Our success is directly linked to the strong relationships we have developed with the Aquaculture Centres or fish farms primarily located in the Georgian Bay area. Through on-going communication with these farms, we can ensure supply and promote the growth of our industry. We only harvest what we sell which ensures high quality products with a firm meat texture.
