Our product is a freshwater Ontario Rainbow Trout from the beautiful Georgian Bay area. Just 2 hours from Toronto, Georgian Bay is approximately 320 kms long by 80 kms wide and covers over 15,000 square kms.

Due to our strong relationships with various Aquaculture Centres we are able to offer our products 52 weeks a year. This has established Cole – Munro’s reputation for providing the highest quality product, consistency and dependability. It’s what our existing customers have come to expect.

A Quality Management Program is strictly followed in day-to-day operations in our processing facility. This means that customers can be assured of our excellent sanitation and hygiene programs.
